Floristwide.com charges a flat fee no matter where the flowers are delivered. Some other websites have different charges based on the delivery area but we have found that customers find this troublesome. Thus we created a flat fee which is USD9 (USD 12.95).

	NOTE: You may send a message to our deliveries for your tracking, however, please note that it may take time to receive the status of the order since the delivery people are continuously busy making deliveries during the working day. If there are very urgent issues we would recommend you sending an email to us directly or contacting us on our online live chat during office hours. Delivery notes usually are received late in the evening where delivery notes are then confirmed. During holidays, particularly peak holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas, the deliveries notes and confirmations will come the following day or later.

Express Same Day Delivery service is for deliveries to arrive before 12 noon. With Express Delivery orders, we will send the order anytime from 11am to 9pm unless there is any advanced agreement in writing about the delivery time. For most situations we can make same day deliveries for orders that we receive before 12 noon but this is not guaranteed. You may also check with us first before making your order, however, we recommend that you place the order with payment so that the order is immediately sent to our deliveries. Please note Express Deliveries are not guaranteed during High Peak times such as Valentine's and Mother's Day.

We do have international deliveries which can be found in the left pull down menu of all the locations. If you have a specific request you can contact us with all the details such as delivery address, delivery date and the items you wish to send such as a flower bouquet, a dozen roses, cakes or gift hampers and gift baskets.
